The villa is ideal for a large family or several families who want their vacation together. Situated in an ideal location, a very short distance from all necessary amenities such as various beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and even within walking distance to the village of Moraira.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms + guest toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
On the first floor we find a spacious entrance hall, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen with utility room, both with direct access to the outdoor terrace. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a single bedroom, and a guest toilet. From all these rooms there is direct access to the naya and pool area and the beautiful sea views that can be enjoyed.
On the second floor we find a spacious double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace with beautiful views over the sea towards the village of Moraira and the bay of El Portet. Furthermore, on this floor we find another double bedroom with a separate family bathroom.
Outside we find several sun and shadow areas, a spacious sun terraces with sun beds next to the freshwater swimming pool.
A large naya with a spacious dining table, and lounge area. Furthermore we find outside a barbeceuzone and several chill-out spots.
This villa, located at the end of a dead-end street, is accessed from a large driveway. It is possible to park several cars on site.
